Our unique vehicle-mounted cleaning machines are over 20 times more powerful than the normal portable machines, our equipment cost around £30,000 each and clean far better and much faster than any other carpet cleaning system available.

These machines are normally used by the major pub and hotel chains like Wetherspoons, Hilton etc, these machines are so powerful that they are permanently fixed in our vehicles outside, along with the large fresh water and waste water tanks.

We bring our own pre softened water, we do NOT use your water or disposal facilities to dump waste water, we DONT use your electricity either, our cleaning system is completely self contained, the only two items that enter your premises are the attached extendable vacuum hose and the steam supply hose making the work less invasive

Our Cleaning Method

Our cleaning method is 'Steam Cleaning’, the equipment is used to spray heated detergent solution (Non-Aerosol) into the carpet pile at a high pressure, the machine heats the water to 240 degrees Fahrenheit creating steam, warm enough to kill germs/bacteria and also loosen dirt/soil from the fibers, but cool enough to avoid any damage caused by shrinkage or discoloration, at the same time the machine produces huge vacuum volume to immediately extract all the suspended soil particles back to the waste tank located in our vehicle outside, the cleaning detergents we use are 100% safe, non-toxic, self-neutralizing, and bio-degradable.

Step by Step Carpet Cleaning Process

• Step 1: Pre-Inspection - Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet as well as listen to any concerns you may have.
• Step 2: Furniture Moving - We move your furniture, we clean under them then put them back in place...its included in the service, NO CHARGE
• Step 3: Pre-spray -A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
• Step 4: Pre-spot - Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.
• Step 5: Soil Extraction and Rinse - The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using Steam at 240 degrees Fahrenheit at the same time powerful vacuum volume is used to extract all the soiled particles and moisture to avoid wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.
• Step 6: Neutralizer - Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced afterwards so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves your carpet soft and fresh.
• Step 7: Post Spot -Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. *For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have the optional professional Scotchgard protector applied to your carpet.
• Step 8: Post Cleaning Inspection - Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.
