Q… How long will my carpets and upholstery take to dry?

A... You can walk on your Carpets straight after we finish cleaning them, Most carpets are fully dry within 2 to 6 hours, however some take longer depending on the level of soilage, atmospheric conditions and the type of fiber. Upholstery drying time can take longer depending on the type of material, soilage and atmospheric conditions. back to top

Q… Do you move the furniture?

A… We will move most of the large furnishings such as tables, chairs and sofas to allow us to clean underneath, we pull them out clean under them then put them back in place. All we ask is that you move all small, breakable and valuable items that may be in the way during the cleaning process. back to top

Q... How long will it take to clean my carpets?

A... To speed up the cleaning process and minimize disruptions our technicians work in pairs, they work very efficiently and can steam clean all carpets of an average 3 bedroom house within 1 hour. They can clean an average three piece suite/settee in 1 hour. back to top

Q… Can you fix indentations from heavy furniture?

A… No guarantee can be made on removing indentations from heavy furniture. In addition to the pile of the carpet being crushed, the backing of the carpet is indented. Heat, moisture and hand grooming with our equipment will help, but it will take time to release back to normal. Severe cases may be permanent. back to top

Q… How often should a carpet be cleaned?

A... It varies but on average we see customer's e cleaning at 8 month intervals. the frequency of cleaning will vary depending upon the number of occupants in the household and level of usage, we simply recommend you get them cleaned when you feel they look dirty. back to top

Q… Can you remove tea, coffee, red wine etc... ?

A… We cannot make any guarantee on stain removals as some stains can be permanent. We have a higher success rate of removal if we attempt to remove spots before anyone else attacks the problem. Improper stain removal procedures can turn a spot into a permanent stain. back to top

Q... Can you remove pet odours?

A...  Yes we can take care of the odour. back to top

Q… Are you insured?

A... Yes, we are fully insured, we carry Treatment risk insurance that covers us if we accidently damage your carpets or sofas and we also carry public liability and employee liability insurance. back to top

Q… What i f there’s a problem?

A... We rarely get problems during and after the clean, but if any problems do arise you can call us on any of the numbers above and we will resolve the matter promptly. back to top
