The Boxxer’s Last Step Chemical Injection System protect the unit’s exchangers from chemical damage and helps control chemical waste. The unit’s adjustable heat feature allows you to fine-tune your system from 160° to 240°F. The high-pressure pump is adjustable to 1000 PSI when tile and grout cleaning or pressure washing are on the schedule.

Smart Heat Control. Another advantage of the Boxxer is the ability to clean upholstery in “divert mode.” Cleaning temperatures of 160°-240°F can be selected when you need lower heat for delicate fabrics.

HydraMaster's Boxxer has earned the gold Seal of Approval for its extractor from the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI), signifying that it meets the highest standards for carpet cleaning effectiveness.

To qualify for the Seal of Approval, extractors must undergo a stringent testing process at an independent laboratory that measures three key performance criteria: amount of soil removed, amount of water left in the carpet sample and impact of the equipment on carpet fibres and appearance. Extractors that exceed average soil removal standards receive a bronze rating. Those achieving higher standards receive a silver rating, and those achieving the highest level of soil removal are awarded the gold level Seal of Approval.

The testing protocol for extractors uses sophisticated x-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology to measure the precise amount of soil removed from a carpet sample. XRF was developed by private industry and enhanced by NASA for the Space Shuttle program.

HydraMaster's gold-rated extractor was effective at recovering water from the carpet test sample and cleaning without damage to carpet fibres. These criteria are included because water and dirt left in a carpet negatively affect the appearance of the carpet, damage the fibres and create the potential for mold growth. Experience has also shown that some equipment can cause excessive wear on the carpet.
